Aligning nutrition with your body’s needs

Every woman’s body is unique, shaped by genetics, lifestyle, and personal health history. Understanding how your body responds to nutrients, hormones, and environmental factors is key to optimising your health. Nia works with you to create a nutrition plan that supports your body’s natural rhythms, helping you manage health conditions and enhance overall well-being.

Nutrition, genetics, & female health

Aligning your nutrition with your body’s natural rhythms

  • Optimising female health
  • Managing conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, or menopause
  • Managing fertility and hormonal balance

Every woman’s body is unique, shaped by genetics and lifestyle. Your genetic makeup influences how you absorb and utilise nutrients, how hormones are produced and regulated, and how your body responds to changes in diet and exercise. Understanding these factors is key to optimising your health.

With a particular focus on female health, Nia works to align your nutrition with your body’s natural rhythms, whether you’re managing conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, or menopause, or striving to improve fertility and hormonal balance.

Fertility & preconception nutrition

Supports hormone regulation to improve menstrual cycle regularity

  • Supports hormone regulation to improve menstrual cycle regularity
  • Enhances egg and sperm quality with targeted micronutrients
  • Provides personalised dietary strategies to optimise fertility

The right nutrition can enhance your chances of a healthy pregnancy by supporting hormone balance, improving egg and sperm quality, and optimising your body for conception. Whether managing specific fertility challenges or preparing for pregnancy, Nia provides tailored nutritional strategies to support reproductive health.

Pregnancy & postnatal recovery

  • Helps manage pregnancy symptoms like nausea and fatigue
  • Supports fetal development with essential nutrients
  • Guides postnatal recovery through optimal nourishment

Nutritional support is crucial during pregnancy and beyond. From managing nausea to boosting energy levels, diet plays a key role in both maternal health and fetal development. Postnatal recovery is just as important, and Nia offers guidance on how to nourish your body for healing and renewal.

Gestational diabetes & blood sugar balance

  • Stabilises blood sugar levels through strategic meal planning
  • Supports insulin function with balanced macronutrients
  • Reduces inflammation to promote overall maternal health

Managing gestational diabetes through diet is key to promoting stable blood sugar levels and reducing inflammation. A well-balanced, nutrient-rich diet can help regulate glucose absorption, prevent spikes, and support insulin function. Meal timing and portion control also play a crucial role, ensuring stable energy levels throughout the day.

Hormonal health & balance

  • Supports hormone production and balance
  • Reduces inflammation to ease symptoms of hormonal conditions
  • Enhances overall well-being through targeted nutrition

Hormones influence everything from energy levels and mood to metabolism and reproductive health. Whether dealing with PMS, PCOS, perimenopause, or menopause, personalised nutrition can help restore balance by supporting hormone production and reducing inflammation. A strategic dietary approach can alleviate symptoms and improve overall well-being.

Managing personal health conditions

  • Identifies foods that support digestive and immune health
  • Personalises dietary plans to manage chronic conditions
  • Uses functional lab testing to optimise nutritional strategies

Digestive issues, autoimmune disorders, and thyroid imbalances can impact quality of life, but nutrition can be a powerful tool in managing these conditions. Through personalised meal plans and functional lab testing, Nia helps identify foods that support healing, boost immunity, and enhance vitality.

Nutritional optimisation for long-term health

  • Balances macronutrients to optimise metabolic health
  • Identifies key vitamins and minerals needed for well-being
  • Reduces inflammation to prevent long-term health issues

Small dietary changes can have a profound impact. Whether it’s balancing macronutrients, adding essential vitamins and minerals, or reducing inflammation, targeted nutrition can help address the root causes of health concerns. Functional lab testing allows for a data-driven approach, ensuring that your nutrition plan is tailored to your body’s specific needs.

The power of microbiome testing:
Your gut and vaginal health

  • Identifies gut microbiome imbalances affecting health
  • Supports reproductive health through vaginal microbiome analysis
  • Uses genetic insights for targeted nutritional recommendations

Your gut and vaginal microbiome play a crucial role in digestion, immunity, hormonal health, and fertility. Microbiome testing can uncover imbalances that contribute to digestive distress, vaginal infections, UTIs, or reproductive challenges. In addition, genetic testing provides deeper insights into nutrient absorption, metabolic pathways, and hormone regulation, allowing for precise and effective nutritional interventions.
